Life can be tough and being a parent can make it even harder. Juggling family, friends, work, money, and taking care of yourself can be difficult.

Everyone has mental health and it’s important to look after it in the same way you do for your physical health. When mental health is good, it helps us handle daily life well. However at times, we feel worried, stressed, or really emotional, and that can make it tough to deal with things. It's normal to feel this way now and then, but it's important to make sure it doesn't happen all the time.
