Physical health


Physical health means the health and wellbeing of your body.

It is important to look after your physical health in the same way as your mental health. Good physical health can decrease your stress levels, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy. There are lots of ways you can improve your physical health, including eating a well balanced diet, drinking lots of water, moving more and sleeping well. Sometimes our physical health can be affected by things such as illness, injury or a health condition. There are many ways to get information support and help when this happens.

Residents aged 16 and over are invited to complete a short, anonymous survey to help improve local sexual and reproductive health services.

  • Time to complete: Around 10 minutes
  • Closing date: Monday 24 November 2025
  • Note: Participants can skip any questions they’re not comfortable answering
  • Eligibility: Open to all aged 16+, regardless of service use
